  • remember that 99% of the time if you can't access your purchase to check the email on the receipt it was sent to! that is the email you need to use to login and access your purchase!

1. Oops, I can't log in to my account

  • Double-check that you're using the right email address linked to your account. A lot of times, login issues happen because of a mix-up with emails.
  • If you can’t log in, just try logging in with your other email and that’s almost always what happened!
  • Scour your inbox and spam folder for any welcome, or purchase info emails. You will get at least two with every purchase.
  • Be sure you're typing in your password accurately. If it's slipped your mind, no worries! Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to create a new one.

2. I never got my account activation email

  • Give your email address a once-over to make sure it's the one you used during signup. Typos and alternate email addresses can be sneaky!
  • Peek into your spam folder, just in case the activation email ended up there.
  • If you're still coming up empty, reach out to our support team via the support form. Share your first and last name, the email address you used for purchase, and a quick rundown of the issue.

3. Yikes, my account is locked or suspended

  • Sometimes, accounts can be locked or suspended for security reasons or if our terms of service were accidentally violated. Fill out the support form with your details and a description of the issue, and our team will jump in to help!

4. I can't get to my purchased product

  • Confirm that you're logged in with the email address connected to your purchase.
  • Search your email inbox for a purchase confirmation email that has access instructions.
  • If you're still struggling to access the product, complete the support form with your first and last name, email address used for purchase, order number, and a description of the issue.
